Our team of Chefs are passionate about food and believe in using only the finest, seasonal produce, beautifully prepared and presented. We offer a wide selection of menus from which you can choose or we can work with you to create your perfect menu then help you select the wines to match. We offer a complimentary tasting of your menu to ensure you are confident in your choices and happy with what you will you and your guests will be served on the day.

James and I had the best day of our lives and thanks to you and your team it all went brilliantly. Please pass on our thanks to Jethro who was superb and also to the chefs and all of the waiting staff whose table service was impeccable. The ceremony was the most memorable moment of the day for us but when we looked into The Long Room just before the guests came up for dinner it absolutely took my breath away at how impressive the room looked with the tables set up. Please say thank you to all of your team for turning it around so quickly and with such beautiful results.
